Job Description

Responsibilities

• Continuously seeking coffee knowledge

• Outstanding customer service (most importantly, remembering our regulars!)

• Maintaining store cleanliness

• Maintaining store stock, including retail bags , cups, the condiment stand, etc.

• Care for facility and company assets

• Punctuality

• Neat and clean appearance

• Reporting any issue to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience (mandatory)

• Must be passionate & knowledgeable about coffee

• Willingness to learn specialty coffee in depth (lack of passion will result in termination)

• Slight flexibility in schedules (you may be asked to cover a sick employee; the same applies the other way around)

• Native level fluency in English
