Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
For local orders, we ship through Shippie. Any postal code outside Shippie’s coverage (postal codes listed below), we ship through Canada Post.
We ship within Ontario only. We do not ship outside Ontario. We de not ship to USA.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.
There is no delivery on weekends and holidays. Any Friday order will be shipped on the coming Monday.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING FEE
$5 flat shipping fee will be applied regardless of the size of your order and/or the delivery location.
DELIVERY TIME
Shippie: Same-day shipping and arrival if your order is made before 10am (weekends and holidays excluded). If you ordered after 10am, your parcel will be shipped and arrive on the next day.
Canada Post: Varies depending on the delivery location. Approximately 4-5 business days within Ontario.
